He said, “Glorify Allah a hundred times and a thousand Hasanah will be written for you, or a thousand sins will be wiped away.” Whoever says: “Subhaan Allahil-‘Adheemi wa bi hamdihi” (“Glorified is Allah the Most Great and praised is He”.) Will have a date palm planted for him in Paradise.” (At-Tirmithi)

12)Rasulullah (SAW) said: “Oh Abdullah bin Qais, should I not point you to one of the tresures of Pradise?” I said, “Oh yes, Messengerr of Allah.” So he said, “Say: “Laa hawla wa laa quwwata illa billah” (“There is no power and no might except by Allah.”)”  (Al-Bukhari)

13) Rasulullah (SAW) said: “The most beloved words to Allah are four: “Subhaan Allah, Wal-humdu lillah, Wa laa ilaaha illallaah, Wallaahu Akbar” (Glorified is Allah, and The Praise is for Allah, and There is none worthy of worship but Allah, and Allah is Greatest.) It does not matter which one you start by. (Muslim)

14) A desert Arab came to Rasulullah (SAW) and said: “Teach me a word that I can say.” Then Rasulullah (SAW)  told him, “Say: Laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, Allaahu Akbaru kabee-ran, wal-hamdu lillaahi katheeran, Subhaan Allaahi Rabbil-‘aalameen, laa hawla walaa quwwata illa billaahil – ‘Azeezil – Hakeem.  (“There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Who has no partner, allah is the Greatest, Most Great, and praise be to Allah in abundance, glory to Allah, Lord of the worlds. There is no power and no might but by Allah the Mighty, the Wise.”)

He said, “That is for my Lord, but what about me?” Rasulullah (SAW) told him, “Say: Allaahum – maghfir lee, warhamnee, wahadinee warzuqnee. (“Oh Allah forgive me and have mercy on me, and guide me and provide for me.”)” (Muslim, Abu Dawud reports the same Hadith with the addition: “and when the Arab left, Rasulullah (SAW) said: ‘He has filled his hands with goodness,”)

15) Whenever anyone accepted Islam, Rasulullah (SAW) used to teach him how to pray, then he would instruct him to invoke Allah with the following words: Allaahum-maghfir lee, warhamnee, wahdinee, wa’aafinee warzuqnee (“Oh Allah forgive me, and have mercy on me, and guide me, and give me good health and provide for me.”)” (Muslim in one of Muslim’s reports there is the addition: “For these words combine [the goodness of] this world and the next.”)

(Ahmad)

18) How Rasulullah (SAW) glorified Allah: Abdullah bin ‘Amr Razi Allah Unho said: “I saw Rasulullah (SAW) counting the glorification of his Lord on his right hand.” (At-Tirmithi)

“Say: O ‘Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allaah, verily, Allaah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful” (Surah Al-Zumar 39:53)

“Indeed, if his repentance is good, his bad deeds may be replaced with good, by the immense grace and mercy of Allaah, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):  “And those who invoke not any other ilaah (god) along with Allaah, nor kill such person as Allaah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does this shall receive the punishment. The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace; Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds; for those, Allaah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful” (Surah Al-Furqaan 25:68-70)
